Hidden gem of delicious food. Great pizza 🍕 Great sandwiches 🥪. My favorite is the Grazionos Sausage sandwiches but we really haven't had anything we didn't enjoy. Outdoor seating in the summer fun. It is just solid Rural Iowa, not fancy, but but it feels like home when we drop by.
Food was good disappointed pizza was not served till 4.but burger was good, corn nugget and jalapeno poppers we're good too
We found this place 20 min before closing on a Sunday night & the staff was still friendly & the pizza was yummy!

I ordered The Bacon Burger. I took half of it home. Generous portions. The fries are excellent... crispy on the out side and soft on the inside. Great flavor. We had cheeseballs as a starter with homemade ranch. Yum! It was mother's Day, so I left with a red rose in hand. Beautiful ❤️ I want to come back for their wood fire pizza available after 4:00.
What a wonderful small town restaurant. The food was outstanding! I had the ribeye, it was so tender and juicy. Fries were crisp, salad was excellent, I had the garlic parmesan dressing. Wife had the hot beef sandwich and she was raving about it. The price of the meals was simply incredibley cheep for the quality of food. Wait staff were very prompt and very helpful. We will be back again!!
My wife and our two boys (6 & 10) ended up here on a marketplace adventure. My 10 year old has been in search of a pizza that matches a wood fire pizza he got from a food truck in up state New York. He said this pizza was great and "close". All four of us got our own pizzas and were pleased. I love that you can get personal sized of the speciality pizzas. We will return and try some non pizza food which looked great when we saw it being delivered.
From our initial visit, Houston’s on Main became a new favorite! The atmosphere is comfortable, spacious, clean, and provides indoor and outdoor seating. The staff are very friendly and provide great service! Each time we visit, the food is outstanding and leaves us excited to return again. A few of our favorites include the taco wood-oven pizza, the American burger, and the wood-oven smoked ribs. We highly recommend Houston’s on Main!
The best bar & grill in Southern Iowa! The food is always delicious, the specials are all super good, the staff is friendly and service is great. Super underrated place!
Houston's On Main is an AMAZING diner for the family. Great service, and great food. They have a great selection; pizza, steaks, and sandwiches are delicious. I ordered the Cheese Balls and House Pizza, and both were amazing. The pizza has a nice crust and a lot of cheese. Cheese balls are hot, crispy, and gooey. I highly recommend this place.
